Animation Arts Society is a unique society with a very compelling story. We simply interview great animators, animation industry veterans, and animation entrepreneurs to get their closets tips, tricks, and tactics for success--package it, and give profits to charity! Specifically, profits go to find solutions to three very primary issues -- hunger, affordable housing and illiteracy -- and we've chosen Habitat for Humanity and Reading is Fundamental as our primary charities. However, we will try to support whatever charity best addresses our animation community wishes. You see, at Animation Arts Society, we don't give the funds to the national headquarters of these charities. Rather, we give to the regional chapters in the communities where the work in done. In this way, by enjoying Animation Arts Society, you are giving back to your own community! But Animation Arts Society is first and foremost about the animations. We are animation-loving people -- pure & simple. Our goal is to create outstanding animation information products and sell them affordably. And we also want to do something good for the world. We married these two passions and Animation Arts Society was born. Animation Arts Society is really an animated group of animation lovers having a great time doing a good thing.
